Everyone that we worked with at Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters showed tremendous professionalism, kindness and poise. Special thanks to Stephany, Jeanne, Jay, Steve, Chef Clifton and the entire Venetian Lady team working with us last night. In addition, the staff who helped us on yesterday as we were setting up were also wonderful.

Our client is so happy, actually giddy about the success of the event. Everyone raved about the food and the service.

Dear Jenny,

We want to extend our most sincere thanks to you, Norma, Jay, Steve and the entire crew of the Venetian Lady for making our daughter's 15th birthday party such a special, memorable event. Honestly, we were so impressed with the level and quality of service and professionalism of your entire organization. The yacht looked more beautiful than we ever could have imagined, the service was impeccable and so accomodating to our needs and wishes and the wonderfully kind, attentive and positive attitude of everyone in your organization made having our event with you a true pleasure.

In particular, I wanted to mention how thankful we are to Steve for his responsiveness to our needs, for having everything run so smoothly throughout the night and especially for the care and kindness he showed in making sure my mother (who was recently released from the hospital and is still a bit weak) was well taken care of all night and was always assisted when moving around the boat to ensure her safety. Steve runs a tight ship and he does it with grace, respect and class.

Also, our celebration would not have been the same without Norma. She was FANTASTIC! Although the Venetian Lady is already a beautiful boat, her details and ideas made it a truly spectacular night for my daughter. She is such a kind, special lady and she went out of her way to make our wishes a reality while being very mindful of our budget. It gave me a great sense of security knowing that she would make sure everything was perfect for my daughter's special night.

Dear Jenny,

I want to thank you so much for another great evening with Biscayne Lady! Every time I bring my group of foreign military diplomats to Miami, I schedule a dinner dance cruise with your company and I am never disappointed. All your personnel are extremely professional, from the Captain of the boat down to the staff and it was duly noted by my group. That's quite a compliment coming from a group of senior Naval officers.

Unlike many other cruises, we enjoy having the entire boat to ourselves, especially since we love to dance. Additionally, my guests are always surprised and pleased with the quality of the food, which is superb and rivals many of the expensive hotels and restaurants we also use on our trips around the country. It is difficult to feed a large group of people and have the food quality remain consistently high, but Biscayne Lady has managed to maintain that standard for the 10 years that I have been using your services.

I especially want to thank you for coming to pick us up at the new EPIC Hotel! Although it's only a 15-minute walk to catch the boat at Bayside Marketplace, given uncertain weather conditions it is much more convenient to board right at our hotel. More importantly, it was so impressive to have the boat come right to us. It is an evening my group is still talking about; they now have wonderful memories to take back home to their respective countries!

I'm not sure if we wrote to you yet. It has been a WHIRLWIND...however, we wanted to reach out and let you know that Jay and his amazing team did a PHENOMENAL job for our wedding on March 28, 2009. Our friends and family still rave about the great service, the great food and the great time they had aboard the Venetian Lady. Marcel and I wanted a more than perfect day as I'm sure you guys knew from me wanting to talk to Jay before we signed up :) There is no doubt in our minds that it could not have been MORE perfect because of your team from Jay, Danny, Clifton to all the staff, the DJ - EVERYTHING!
