Sunrise Harbor is a luxurious residential community and yachting center. The facility includes a mega-yacht marina, luxury rental apartments, and various retail outlets.

The marina, with 2500 feet of parallel dockage, offers ample space for 22 mega-yachts. Constructed of heavy concrete floating docks with 30-inch freeboard, these docks were designed to afford easy boarding and secure berthing for large vessels.

From the North (Pompano / Palm Beach) - Proceed on Interstate 95 south to Sunrise Boulevard East. Proceed on Sunrise Boulevard east toward the Intra-Coastal Waterway. *Note: You must be in the right hand lane where Sunrise Boulevard and US 1 split to continue on Sunrise Boulevard east. The Sunrise Harbor Marina will be on the left before the Intra-Coastal bridge.

From the South (Miami / Miami Beach / South Miami) - Proceed on Interstate 95 north to Sunrise Boulevard East. Upon entering the Sunrise Harbor complex, valet parking is readily available for guest. Additionally, covered garage parking is available next to the marina.
